Refund Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
Purchases of the Caeros service are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. This policy explains our standard approach.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew; you can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or stated below.
- Except as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods after cancellation.
Free trials
If a plan offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends; cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
EU/UK consumers — statutory withdrawal right
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital services that begin immediately, this right is lost once you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right at checkout. Your non-waivable statutory rights are preserved.
How to request a refund
Where a refund is available, contact billing@caeros.app (or request via Paddle). Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Errors and service failures
If you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, contact us — we will work in good faith to make it right, consistent with these terms and applicable law.
