Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of caeros.app and the Caeros service and is part of the Terms of Service. "You" includes your users.
You may not:
- Break the law or use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, infringe IP, or violate privacy or data-protection laws.
- Abuse access: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other customers' data, or related systems; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except under our authorized disclosure process; bypass authentication, rate limits, or usage quotas.
- Disrupt: introduce malware; conduct DoS/DDoS; overload or interfere with the Service's integrity or performance; scrape or harvest at scale without authorization.
- Misuse connected platforms: connect accounts you are not authorized to access, or use the Service to violate the terms of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or other connected platforms.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as permitted by law or your plan.
- Upload unlawful or harmful content, or data you lack the right to process.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; share accounts in violation of your plan.
Security research
We welcome good-faith vulnerability reports. Test only your own account/data, avoid privacy violations and service disruption, and report findings to security@caeros.app. We will not pursue good-faith research conducted under these terms.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take legal action. We may report illegal activity to authorities. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you unless prohibited or where doing so would risk the Service or others.
